الشروط والأحكام
تنطبق هذه الشروط على الطلبات من متجر لوجين للمجوهرات في الإمارات (lougainjewellry.com/ae)، الذي تديره شركة اللمسات البراقة لصياغة الحلي من غير المعادن الثمينة ذ.م.م، رخصة مهنية رقم 124488 من دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية بعجمان. بإرسال طلبك توافق على هذه الشروط.
خطوات الطلب
- اختر القطعة وخياراتها، واكتب الأسماء أو التواريخ، أو أرفق الصور المطلوبة.
- اكتب بياناتك: الاسم، ورقم الجوال الإماراتي، والإمارة، والمنطقة، والعنوان.
- أرسل الطلب. إرساله لا يجعله نهائياً بعد.
- نتواصل معك على واتساب أو بالهاتف لتأكيد التفاصيل والسعر والعنوان. لا نشحن أي طلب قبل هذا التأكيد.
- يصلك الطلب خلال يومي عمل من التأكيد، وتدفع نقداً عند الاستلام.
- يظهر لك رابط فاتورتك فور إرسال الطلب، وتصلك على بريدك الإلكتروني إن كتبته، ويمكنك طلبها منّا في أي وقت. الفاتورة بالعربية، ومعها نسخة بالإنجليزية.
الأسعار
الأسعار معروضة بالدرهم الإماراتي. الإضافات التي تختارها (مثل اسم ثانٍ أو نقش على الظهر أو تغليف خاص) تظهر بسعرها في نموذج الطلب، ويُضاف رسم توصيل ثابت 20 درهماً لكل طلب. يظهر لك المبلغ الكامل قبل إرسال الطلب، ولا رسوم غير ذلك، ولا رسوم على الدفع عند الاستلام. تدفع المبلغ الذي ظهر لك عند الطلب وأكّدناه معك.
الدفع
الدفع نقداً عند الاستلام فقط. لا نقبل البطاقات ولا التحويل البنكي ولا أي دفع مسبق.
التوصيل
نوصل إلى الإمارات السبع برسم 20 درهماً لكل طلب، خلال يومي عمل من تأكيد الطلب. التفاصيل في صفحة «التوصيل والدفع».
إلغاء الطلب
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك دون أي رسوم قبل أن نؤكّده معك، برسالة واتساب أو اتصال على +971 50 122 3183. بعد التأكيد نبدأ صنع قطعتك مباشرة، فلا يمكن إلغاؤه، إلا في الحالات المذكورة في صفحة «الاستبدال والاسترجاع» (العيب، أو الخطأ منّا، أو التأخير الكبير في التوصيل).
القطع الشخصية
- ننقش الأسماء والتواريخ والنصوص كما تكتبها أنت بالضبط، فتأكّد من الإملاء قبل الإرسال.
- نراجع معك النص والصور عند تأكيد الطلب. إن كان الخطأ في نص كتبته وأكّدته أنت، فلا يُعدّ عيباً في القطعة.
- إن كان الخطأ منّا في النقش أو الصورة، نعيد صنع القطعة أو نردّ لك المبلغ.
- أرسل صوراً واضحة يحق لك استخدامها. وضوح الصورة يؤثر في وضوح الطباعة على القطعة.
المنتجات
قطعنا مطلية بالذهب عيار 24 على معدن غير ثمين، وليست ذهباً خالصاً.
المسؤولية
- نلتزم بتسليمك القطعة كما طلبتها وأكّدناها معك، وبالكفالة المذكورة في صفحة «الاستبدال والاسترجاع».
- إن تأخّر التوصيل لسبب خارج عن إرادتنا، نُبلغك ونتابع معك حتى يصلك الطلب. وإن تأخّر كثيراً عن مدته المعلنة دون اتفاق معك، يحق لك إلغاء الطلب أو رفضه عند الاستلام دون أي رسوم.
- لا شيء في هذه الشروط ينتقص من حقوقك وفق قانون حماية المستهلك في دولة الإمارات.
القانون المطبَّق والتعديلات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. قد نحدّثها من وقت لآخر، ويسري على طلبك ما كان منشوراً وقت إرساله.

These terms apply to orders from the Lougain Jewellery UAE store (lougainjewellry.com/ae), operated by AL LAMASAT AL BARAAQA FOR JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING FROM NON-PRECIOUS METALS L.L.C, Professional licence no. 124488, Ajman Department of Economic Development. By sending an order you agree to these terms.
How to order
- Choose your piece and its options, type the names or dates, or upload the photos needed.
- Enter your details: name, UAE mobile number, emirate, area and address.
- Send the order. Sending it does not make it final yet.
- We contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm the details, price and address. No order is dispatched before this confirmation.
- Your order arrives within 2 working days of confirmation, and you pay cash on delivery.
- You see a link to your invoice as soon as you send the order, you also receive it by email if you gave one, and you can ask us for it at any time. The invoice is in Arabic, with an English copy.
Prices
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Extras you choose (such as a second name, back engraving or special packaging) show their price in the order form, and a flat AED 20 delivery fee per order is added. You see the full amount before you send the order. There are no other fees and no cash-on-delivery fee. You pay the amount shown when you ordered and confirmed with us.
Payment
Cash on delivery only. We do not accept cards, bank transfers or any advance payment.
Delivery
We deliver to all seven emirates for AED 20 per order, within 2 working days of order confirmation. Details are on the Delivery & Payment page.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge before we confirm it with you, by WhatsApp message or call on +971 50 122 3183. Once it is confirmed we start making your piece straight away, so it cannot be cancelled, except in the cases on our Exchanges & Returns page (a defect, a mistake by us, or a long delivery delay).
Personalised pieces
- We engrave names, dates and text exactly as you type them, so please check the spelling before sending.
- We review the text and photos with you when confirming the order. If the mistake is in text you wrote and confirmed, it is not a defect in the piece.
- If the mistake in the engraving or photo is ours, we remake the piece or refund you.
- Send clear photos that you have the right to use. Photo quality affects how clearly it prints on the piece.
Products
Our pieces are plated with 24K gold over a non-precious base metal. They are not solid gold.
Liability
- We are responsible for delivering the piece as you ordered and confirmed it, and for the warranty on the Exchanges & Returns page.
- If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we tell you and follow up until your order arrives. If it arrives much later than the announced time without your agreement, you may cancel the order or refuse it at delivery free of charge.
- Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update them from time to time; the version published when you sent your order applies to it.
