سياسة الخصوصية
توضح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل شركة اللمسات البراقة لصياغة الحلي من غير المعادن الثمينة ذ.م.م (متجر لوجين للمجوهرات في الإمارات) مع بياناتك الشخصية.
ما نجمعه
- من نموذج الطلب: الاسم، ورقم الجوال الإماراتي، والإمارة، والمنطقة، والعنوان، والبريد الإلكتروني إن كتبته، وملاحظاتك.
- الصور التي ترفعها للنقش أو الطباعة.
- تفاصيل طلبك: القطع والخيارات والأسعار.
- مصدر زيارتك إن وصلت من إعلان أو رابط (مثل إنستغرام أو فيسبوك)، ويُحفظ مع طلبك لنعرف أي الإعلانات تفيد.
- عنوان IP عند إرسال الطلب، لحماية النموذج من الطلبات المتكررة.
لماذا نستخدمها
- لصنع قطعتك وتوصيلها.
- للتواصل معك لتأكيد الطلب ومتابعته، وللكفالة والشكاوى.
نعالج بياناتك لتنفيذ طلبك، أي تنفيذ العقد بيننا.
مع من نشاركها
- شركة التوصيل: الاسم والجوال والعنوان والمبلغ المطلوب تحصيله.
- واتساب والبريد الإلكتروني: تصل عبرهما تفاصيل الطلب إلى فريقنا، ونتواصل معك من خلالهما. إن كتبت بريدك تصلك عليه نسخة من طلبك.
- مزوّد استضافة الموقع الذي تُحفظ عليه الطلبات.
- قد تُعالَج بياناتك وصورك أو تُحفظ خارج دولة الإمارات: تصل تفاصيل الطلب إلى فريقنا في الأردن، وتمرّ عبر خوادم واتساب (ميتا) والبريد الإلكتروني ومزوّد الاستضافة، وذلك لتنفيذ طلبك فقط.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لغير هذه الأغراض إلا إذا ألزمنا القانون.
صورك
نستخدم الصور التي ترسلها لصنع قطعتك فقط، ونحذفها من خوادمنا بعد يوم واحد من تسليم طلبك أو إلغائه. صورك خاصة: لا ننشرها أبداً.
ما يحفظه متصفحك
يحفظ الموقع في متصفحك سلتك ولغتك ومظهر الصفحة واختيار المتجر، ومصدر زيارتك (ولا يُرسل مع طلبك إلا إن طلبت خلال سبعة أيام من الزيارة). لا يستخدم متجر الإمارات حالياً بكسل ميتا أو أي أداة إعلانية. إن استخدمنا لاحقاً أدوات قياس إعلانات ميتا أو إنستغرام، فسنحدّث هذه السياسة ونوضح ذلك فيها.
الرسائل التسويقية
لا نرسل لك رسائل تسويقية إلا بموافقتك، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت برسالة إلينا.
مدة الاحتفاظ والحماية
نحتفظ ببيانات الطلب سنة واحدة من تاريخ التسليم، وهي مدة الكفالة، ثم نحذفها إلا ما يُلزمنا القانون بحفظه مثل الفواتير. ونحفظها على خادم محمي لا يصل إليه إلا فريقنا.
حقوقك
يحق لك أن تطلب نسخة من بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها، أو تقييد استخدامها، أو نقلها، أو أن تعترض على استخدامها، أو تسحب موافقتك، ما لم يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها. راسلنا على +971 50 122 3183 أو Lougainomr@gmail.com. ولك أيضاً تقديم شكوى إلى مكتب الإمارات للبيانات.

This policy explains how AL LAMASAT AL BARAAQA FOR JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING FROM NON-PRECIOUS METALS L.L.C (the Lougain Jewellery UAE store) handles your personal data.
What we collect
- From the order form: name, UAE mobile number, emirate, area, address, email if you give one, and your notes.
- Photos you upload for engraving or printing.
- Your order details: pieces, options and prices.
- Where your visit came from if you arrived from an ad or link (for example Instagram or Facebook), saved with your order so we know which ads work.
- Your IP address when you send an order, to protect the form from repeated submissions.
Why we use it
- To make and deliver your piece.
- To contact you to confirm and follow up your order, and for warranty and complaints.
We process your data to fulfil your order, that is, to perform our contract with you.
Who we share it with
- The delivery company: name, mobile, address and the amount to collect.
- WhatsApp and email: order details reach our team through them, and we contact you through them. If you give your email, you receive a copy of your order there.
- The website hosting provider where orders are stored.
- Your data and photos may be processed or stored outside the UAE: order details reach our team in Jordan and pass through the servers of WhatsApp (Meta), our email service and our hosting provider, only to fulfil your order.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for any other purpose unless the law requires it.
Your photos
We use the photos you send only to make your piece, and delete them from our servers 1 day after your order is delivered or cancelled. Your photos are private: we never publish them.
What your browser stores
The site stores your basket, language, display theme and store choice in your browser, and where your visit came from (sent with your order only if you order within seven days of the visit). The UAE store currently uses no Meta pixel or other advertising tool. If we later use Meta or Instagram ad measurement tools, we will update this policy to say so.
Marketing messages
We do not send you marketing messages without your consent, and you can stop them at any time by messaging us.
Retention and security
We keep order data for one year from delivery, the warranty period, then delete it, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices. It is stored on a protected server that only our team can access.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict its use or transfer it, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, unless the law requires us to keep it. Contact us on +971 50 122 3183 or Lougainomr@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Changes
We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page.
