القطع الشخصية

القطع التي تحمل اسماً أو تاريخاً أو صورة تُصنع لك خصيصاً، لذلك لا تُستبدل ولا تُسترجع لمجرد تغيير الرأي.

حالات نعيد فيها صنع القطعة أو نردّ المبلغ دائماً

  • عيب في الصنعة أو الطلي.
  • خطأ منّا في النقش أو الصورة.
  • قطعة لا تطابق ما طلبته وأكّدناه معك.
  • تأخّر التوصيل كثيراً عن مدته المعلنة دون اتفاق معك.

في هذه الحالات نعيد صنع القطعة أو نردّ لك المبلغ، ونتحمّل نحن رسوم التوصيل. راسلنا حال ملاحظتك المشكلة، مع رقم طلبك وصور للقطعة.

القطع غير الشخصية

يمكن استبدال القطعة الجاهزة غير المنقوشة أو إرجاعها، وكذلك التغليف، خلال يوم واحد من الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة وفي تغليفها الأصلي.

نردّ لك المبلغ نقداً أو بتحويل بنكي خلال يوم من استلامنا القطعة. وإن كان الإرجاع لتغيير رأيك لا لعيب، فرسوم توصيل الإرجاع عليك.

الكفالة

كفالة سنة تبدأ من تاريخ التسليم، تشمل عيوب التصنيع في الطلي والصنعة، ولا تشمل الضرر الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام. إن ظهر عيب تشمله الكفالة نصلح القطعة أو نعيد صنعها، ونتحمّل نحن رسوم التوصيل. راسلنا مع رقم طلبك وصورة للقطعة.

تقديم شكوى

  • راسلنا على واتساب أو اتصل على +971 50 122 3183، أو اكتب إلى Lougainomr@gmail.com.
  • اذكر رقم طلبك ووصف المشكلة، وأرفق صوراً إن أمكن.
  • نؤكّد استلام شكواك ونتابعها معك على الرقم نفسه حتى تُحلّ، ونردّ عليك خلال يومي عمل.
  • يبقى لك حقّك في التواصل مع جهات حماية المستهلك في الدولة.

Personalised pieces

Pieces with a name, date or photo are made especially for you, so they cannot be exchanged or returned for a change of mind.

Cases where we always remake or refund

  • A defect in the craftsmanship or plating.
  • A mistake by us in the engraving or photo.
  • A piece that does not match what you ordered and confirmed with us.
  • Delivery much later than the announced time without your agreement.

In these cases we remake the piece or refund you, and we cover the delivery costs. Message us as soon as you notice the problem, with your order number and photos of the piece.

Non-personalised items

Ready pieces without engraving, and packaging items, can be exchanged or returned within 1 day of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

We refund you in cash or by bank transfer within 1 day of receiving the piece back. If you return it because you changed your mind rather than for a defect, the return delivery cost is yours.

Warranty

A one-year warranty from the delivery date covers manufacturing defects in the plating and craftsmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse. If a covered defect appears, we repair or remake the piece and cover the delivery costs. Message us with your order number and a photo of the piece.

Making a complaint

  • Message us on WhatsApp or call +971 50 122 3183, or email Lougainomr@gmail.com.
  • Give your order number and describe the problem, with photos if possible.
  • We confirm we received your complaint and follow it up with you on the same number until it is resolved. We reply within 2 working days.
  • You also keep your right to contact the UAE consumer protection authorities.
