أين نوصل

نوصل داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط، إلى الإمارات السبع: أبوظبي، ودبي، والشارقة، وعجمان، وأم القيوين، ورأس الخيمة، والفجيرة.

20 درهماً لكل طلب، تظهر لك قبل إرسال الطلب. لا رسوم أخرى للتوصيل أو للدفع عند الاستلام.

يصلك طلبك خلال يومي عمل من تأكيده معك على واتساب أو بالهاتف. إن حدث تأخير نُبلغك.

اكتب عنواناً واضحاً: المنطقة، والبناية أو الفيلا، ورقم الشقة، وأقرب معلم.
أبقِ جوالك متاحاً، فقد يتصل بك مندوب التوصيل قبل الوصول.
افحص القطعة عند الاستلام، وإن وجدت مشكلة راسلنا فوراً (انظر صفحة «الاستبدال والاسترجاع»).

نقداً عند الاستلام فقط.
لا نقبل البطاقات ولا التحويل البنكي ولا أي دفع مسبق أو عربون.
تدفع سعر القطع والإضافات التي اخترتها مع 20 درهماً للتوصيل، كما ظهر لك عند الطلب وأكّدناه معك.

نؤكّد كل طلب معك على واتساب أو بالهاتف قبل الشحن، على الرقم +971 50 122 3183.

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

AED 20 per order, shown before you send the order. No other delivery or cash-on-delivery fees.

Your order arrives within 2 working days of confirming it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. If there is a delay, we tell you.

Give a clear address: area, building or villa, flat number and nearest landmark.
Keep your phone on; the courier may call you before arriving.
Check the piece when you receive it. If there is a problem, message us straight away (see the Exchanges & Returns page).

Cash on delivery only.
We do not accept cards, bank transfers, or any advance payment or deposit.
You pay the price of the pieces and any extras you chose, plus AED 20 delivery, as shown when you ordered and confirmed with us.

We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch, from +971 50 122 3183.
