توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل متجر لوجين للمجوهرات (عمّان - وادي صقرة) مع بياناتك الشخصية حين تتصفح الموقع أو تطلب منه، وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني رقم 24 لسنة 2023. لوجين للمجوهرات علامة تجارية مملوكة لشركة اللمسات البراقة لصياغة الحلي من غير المعادن الثمينة ذ.م.م (محل رقم 9، الرقايب، عجمان، الإمارات)، ونحن المسؤول عن معالجة هذه البيانات.

ما نجمعه

من نموذج الطلب: اسمك، ورقم جوالك، ومدينتك ومنطقتك، والعنوان والبريد الإلكتروني والملاحظات إن كتبتها، وتفاصيل طلبك (القطع والأسماء المنقوشة وخياراتها والتغليف وطريقة الدفع).
الصور التي ترفعها لسناسيل الصور، لتجهيز قطعتك.
عنوان IP عند إرسال الطلب، لحماية النموذج من الطلبات المتكررة (لا نحفظه في طلبك، ويُمحى من سجلّ الحماية مع أول طلب يصلنا بعد مرور ساعة)، ومصدر زيارتك إن وصلت من إعلان أو رابط.
لا نجمع بيانات بطاقتك: تكتبها في نموذج Whop للدفع، ويعالجها Whop مباشرة.

لماذا نستعملها

لتنفيذ طلبك: تجهيز القطعة، والتواصل معك لتأكيده، والتوصيل، والفاتورة، والكفالة والاستبدال.
لقياس إعلاناتنا على فيسبوك وإنستغرام وتحسين عرضها، كما في الفقرة التالية.
نرفع رقمك وبريدك إلى قوائم جمهور ميتا فقط إن وافقت على ذلك: في نموذج الطلب، أو حين نطلب موافقتك عند تأكيد طلبك أو تسليمه.
الأساس: تنفيذ طلبك لما يلزمه، وموافقتك لقوائم الجمهور.

بكسل ميتا وقياس الإعلانات

يستعمل الموقع بكسل ميتا (Meta Pixel) لقياس إعلاناتنا وتحسين عرضها: يصل إلى ميتا ما تفعله في الموقع (الصفحات التي تزورها، والقطع التي تشاهدها أو تضيفها إلى السلة، ونقرات واتساب، وبدء الطلب، والشراء بقيمته وقطعه)، ويحفظ البكسل في متصفحك ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بميتا. ومع حدث الشراء قد يرسل خادمنا إلى ميتا رقم جوالك وبريدك الإلكتروني بعد تشفيرهما (hash)، فتطابقهما ميتا مع حساباتها، ومعهما عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ومعرّف ملف تعريف الارتباط ومعرّف النقرة على الإعلان، لتعرف إن كان الشراء جاء من إعلان. وقد تعرض ميتا إعلاناتنا لمن زار الموقع.

إعلانات لوجين لك ولمن يشبهك (اختياري)

في نموذج الطلب مربّع فارغ: «أوافق على أن تستخدم لوجين رقمي وبريدي (مشفّرَين) لعرض إعلاناتها لي ولأشخاص يشبهونني على فيسبوك وإنستغرام». إن علّمته بنفسك، فقد نرفع رقم جوالك وبريدك إلى ميتا مشفّرَين ضمن قائمة جمهور مخصّص (Custom Audiences)، فتعرض ميتا إعلانات لوجين لك ولأشخاص يشبهونك (الجماهير المشابهة). تطابق ميتا القيم المشفّرة مع حساباتها، ولا تظهر القائمة لأحد. وقد نطلب موافقتك نفسها حين نؤكد طلبك أو نسلّمه، ولك أن ترفض. المربّع ليس شرطاً للطلب، وطلبك يُنفَّذ كما هو إن تركته فارغاً.

سحب الموافقة

تسحب موافقتك في أي وقت برسالة واتساب إلى +962 79 002 4994. عندها نسجّل سحبها على طلباتك، ونتوقف عن استعمال رقمك وبريدك لعرض الإعلانات لك ولمن يشبهك، ونحذفهما من قوائم الجمهور التي رفعناها إلى ميتا. سحب الموافقة لا يمسّ طلبك.

من يطّلع عليها

فريق التجهيز لدينا، ومندوب التوصيل الذي يسلّمك الطلب (اسمك وجوالك وعنوانك والمبلغ المطلوب عند الاستلام).
Whop لمعالجة الدفع بالبطاقة: رقم الطلب ومبلغه منا، وما تكتبه أنت في نموذج الدفع.
واتساب (ميتا): يصلنا عليه تنبيه طلبك بتفاصيله وصوره، ونرسل لك عليه تأكيد الطلب.
مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني: تصلنا عليه نسخة طلبك، ونرسل لك عليه الفاتورة إن كتبت بريدك.
ميتا لقياس الإعلانات وتحسين عرضها، ولقوائم الجمهور إن وافقت، كما في الفقرات أعلاه.
بعض هذه الجهات خارج الأردن، فتنتقل إليها البيانات بالقدر اللازم لما سبق.
لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً.

مدة الحفظ

لا نمحو بيانات طلبك وصوره تلقائياً بعد مدة محددة: تبقى لدينا لخدمة الطلب والكفالة والاستبدال، ولك أن تطلب محوها متى شئت، عدا ما يُلزمنا القانون بحفظه.
الفاتورة تُحفظ سجلاً محاسبياً كما يُلزم القانون.
نسخة الطلب التي تصلنا على واتساب والبريد تبقى هناك حتى نحذفها.

حقوقك

لك وفق القانون حق العلم بمعالجة بياناتك، والاطلاع عليها، وتصحيحها، ومحوها، والاعتراض على معالجتها، وسحب موافقتك في أي وقت، ما لم يُلزمنا القانون بحفظ شيء منها (كالفاتورة). اطلب ذلك على واتساب +962 79 002 4994. ولك أن تشتكي إلى مجلس حماية البيانات الشخصية.

الحماية

نحفظ البيانات على خادمنا في ملفات غير متاحة للعامة، ورابط صفحة طلبك موقَّع لا يفتحه إلا من يملكه.

This policy explains how the Lougain Jewellery store (Amman - Wadi Saqra) handles your personal data when you browse or order from this website, under the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023. Lougain Jewellery is a brand owned by AL LAMASAT AL BARAAQA FOR JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING FROM NON-PRECIOUS METALS L.L.C (Shop No. 9, Al Rugayeb, Ajman, UAE), and we are the controller of this data.

What we collect

From the order form: your name, mobile number, city and area, your address, email and notes if you give them, and your order details (the pieces, engraved names and their options, the packaging and the payment method).
The photos you upload for photo necklaces, to make your piece.
Your IP address when you send the order, to protect the form from repeated orders (we do not keep it with your order, and it is erased from the protection record with the first order that reaches us after an hour), and where your visit came from if you arrived from an ad or a link.
We do not collect your card details: you type them into the Whop payment form, and Whop processes them directly.

Why we use it

To carry out your order: making the piece, contacting you to confirm it, the delivery, the invoice, the warranty and exchanges.
To measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and improve their delivery, as in the next section.
We upload your number and email to Meta audience lists only if you agree to it: on the order form, or when we ask for your consent while confirming or delivering your order.
The basis: carrying out your order for what it needs, and your consent for the audience lists.

The Meta Pixel and measuring our ads

This website uses the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and improve their delivery: Meta receives what you do on the site (the pages you visit, the pieces you view or add to the basket, WhatsApp clicks, starting an order, and the purchase with its value and pieces), and the pixel keeps Meta's cookies in your browser. With the purchase event our server may send Meta your mobile number and email, hashed, which Meta matches against its accounts, together with your IP address, browser type, cookie ID and ad click ID, to tell whether the purchase came from an ad. Meta may also show our ads to people who visited the site.

Lougain ads for you and people like you (optional)

The order form has an empty box: “I agree that Lougain may use my number and email (hashed) to show its ads to me and to people like me on Facebook and Instagram”. Only if you tick it yourself may we upload your mobile number and email to Meta, hashed, in a custom audience list (Custom Audiences), so Meta shows Lougain ads to you and to people similar to you (lookalike audiences). Meta matches the hashed values against its accounts, and the list is shown to no one. We may also ask for the same consent when we confirm or deliver your order, and you may say no. The box is not a condition of your order, and your order goes ahead the same if you leave it empty.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time with a WhatsApp message to +962 79 002 4994. We then record the withdrawal on your orders, stop using your number and email to show ads to you and to people like you, and delete them from the audience lists we uploaded to Meta. Withdrawing does not affect your order.

Who sees it

Our preparation team, and the courier who delivers your order (your name, mobile, address and the amount due on delivery).
Whop, to process card payments: the order number and amount from us, and what you type into the payment form.
WhatsApp (Meta): the alert for your order, with its details and photos, reaches us there, and we send you the order confirmation there.
Our email provider: a copy of your order reaches us there, and we send you the invoice there if you gave your email.
Meta, to measure our ads and improve their delivery, and for the audience lists if you agree, as in the sections above.
Some of these parties are outside Jordan, so the data is transferred to them as far as the above needs.
We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We do not erase your order details and photos automatically after a set period: we keep them to serve the order, the warranty and exchanges, and you may ask us to erase them at any time, except what the law requires us to keep.
The invoice is kept as an accounting record as the law requires.
The copy of the order that reaches us on WhatsApp and by email stays there until we delete it.

Your rights

Under the law you may be informed of the processing of your data, access it, correct it, have it erased, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time, unless the law requires us to keep part of it (such as the invoice). Ask on WhatsApp +962 79 002 4994. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Council.

Security

We keep the data on our server in files that are not public, and the link to your order page is signed so only its holder can open it.
